Pancake Pocketeer™

A handheld roller that gives pancakes pockets

Waffles Have Pockets.
Why Shouldn’t Pancakes?

Press a pattern of small pockets into cooked pancakes and French toast. Those pockets help catch melted butter, syrup, and other toppings, so more stays on your breakfast instead of pooling on the plate.

The Problem

The Good Stuff Ends Up on the Plate.

  • Melted butter and syrup can run off the smooth surface of a pancake.
  • Toppings pool on the plate instead of staying on your breakfast.

The Solution

Make Room for the Toppings.

  • Roll small, evenly spaced pockets into your cooked pancake.
  • Give butter, syrup, and sauces places to settle instead of running onto the plate.
  • Add this simple finishing step before your favorite toppings.

Before · an untreated pancake with syrup pooling on the plate.

After · pockets give butter and syrup places to settle. Results vary with the food.
